AIRPORT TRANSFER

Jacana Gardens Guest Lodge offers guests an airport transfer on request from US$35.00 per trip (maximum of 3 passengers)

PAYMENTS

1. Deposit payment to secure your booking will automatically be calculated via our online booking system; just click on the ´BOOK NOW´ buttons on this website and follow the steps (via Nightsbridge.co.za)
2. Deposit payment  can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), by bank transfer into our Dutch or South African bank accounts or in cash (US$, Euro, ZAR) at our lodge
3. Your final invoice at the lodge will be made in USD as per this rate sheet; we use the daily exchange rate @ www.xe.com when payments are made in other currencies
4. Balance payments can be made at the lodge in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by bank transfer into South African or Zimbabwean bank accounts
5. Please contact us for rates when paying by local bank transfer (RTGS), EcoCash or Bond notes

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Check-in: 2 pm (we will try to have your room available should you arrive prior to 2pm)

Check-out: 10 am (after check-out from your room, you are most welcome to stay in our lounge / garden till departure)

Please let us know when checking-in after 7pm.

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS

For bookings for a 1-night stay a deposit of 100% of the cost of your stay is required; for bookings over 1 night a deposit of 50% of the costs of your booking is required (when arrival is within 3 days of the booking 100% of the cost of the booking is required). Our online booking system will automatically calculate the required deposit for your convenience.

CANCELLATIONS

Less than 14 days:     Forfeit the full deposit.
From 14 to 28 days:   Forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior to your arrival are free of charge (minus banking costs for refunds).
